"We were given a handicap room instead of normal room (we are not handicap). The towels were too thin and there were not hand towels except the last day. "Extremely comfortable and plush hotel right in Vilnius Old Town. Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Room was clean and facilities like shower worked wonderfully. Hotel is close to plenty of bars and restaurants too."
