The apartment was clean and in excellent condition. It offered all the necessary amenities and more. The self check-in process was super detailed and easy to follow. Genuinely one of the best places I have stayed at.

I could not get a hold with the receptionist online. It was most fearful place to stay because of the frightening owner rules. It feels like you’re under 24 hours surveillance radar constantly being watched in case you failed to comply with the owner rules. However the place around was pretty safe.

It took me a little bit to access the property because the address is not easily accessible from the street. Once I accessed the property everything went well except for the WiFi. I could not access WiFi during my entire stay. Other than that the property is very clean and walking distance from both the main bus and train stations. I walk to and from the old town and everything else I needed to access. I appreciated very much having a washing machine in the apartment. Everything is brand new in the apartment.

Modern apartment, good location, hasty cleaning

The hotel consists of a long row of modern and well-equipped studio apartments conveniently located 1 km from the railway station. Although it was close to a major road and the tracks, I was not bothered by any noise at night. I did not receive any information about how to check in until I sent a message to the establishment after the reservation was supposed to start. They sent a link to a web form that I could not fill out on my phone and it took me most of an hour trying different browsers to complete it - it would not scroll to show me all of the questions or allow me to fill in all required fields (e.g. address). It required one to scan one’s passport and to scan a QR code. Once I finally figured out all three stages of the process, I was rewarded with access to a Google document providing codes to two doors and a key box along with pictures and instructions. To my relief, all the codes worked and I had no difficulty finding the place. The wifi in the apartment was intermittent. I tried without success to join a videoconference. The bedding was arranged artistically and I presume was fresh, but there were signs of hasty cleaning: there was trash in the bin under the sink when I arrived (a cottage cheese tub etc). When checking to see whether I had forgotten anything, I found wedged between the bed and the wall a bra, headband, used towel, and AA battery, none of which were mine.

Location is about 10 mins from the old town center with traffic. Conveniently right next to a grocery store, the other reviews aren’t great but honestly it was perfect for us and very cheap. Quiet and clean. Laundry machine and brand new iron also came in handy.

A small market just across street open most hours every day. 20 min walk to central station (don't cross tracks using road bridge, use a pedestrian bridge quite close to station, this is a shorter route and a more pleasant walk) we took busses adjacent to central station to go down town, one must carefully read bus data at several different stops. They are a bit scattered. We bought 3-day passes at a small stand/shop. There is a very large supermarket adjacent to train station.

The room was clean but was not aware that the room was supposed to be clean each day. It was not clear. Only on the 4-5th day was there room service request by staff.
