"The hotel is around 5 mins walk from train station. There are many tram stops around the hotel make it easy to get around Zurich. Many groceries store and good local restaurants to choose from within 5-10 mins walk. I would stay here again if we go back to Zurich."

"My stay at the Courtyard was excellent. The rooms were exceptionally neat and well-maintained, reflecting the fact that the hotel has been recently refurbished—everything looked brand new and modern. One of the biggest advantages was its convenient location; the train station was just a short walk away, making daily commutes incredibly easy. "if u plan to walk from zurich hb, please expect the walk consist of 60% hilly going to the hotel from zurich hb room size is ok for an expensive city like zurich but tram station just in front of the hotel a bit secluded though it still feels safe check in & room key using your phone so ensure that your phone is always charged coz mine was running out of battery, and the customer service on the phone are not friendly (if u dont mind deal with cold non friendly, with harsh way talking to you...

"The ladies from the reception is very helpful and friendly. Our main concern is the shower which is very small and no door making the bathroom all wet when showering. The room size is small but cozy. The air conditioning is not that cool. The location is very good, near the main attraction of the Old Town and accessible to the tram and train stations. Overall we like our stay."

"Friendly, courteous, helpful staff. Changed the pressure in my bed and brought me an extra pillow to help me recover from my flight. They went out of their way to ensure my comfort. Severs at breakfast were also courteous and helpful. Food at. Breakfast was very solid, good, and reliable. Bathroom was clean and well designed. I liked that I could have a tub. I appreciated that there was both a desk chair and sitting chair. Climate control worked well. "

"I had a pleasant stay overall. The room was clean and suitable for a single guest, and the reception staff were very friendly — especially the team member on the morning shift who was always helpful and welcoming. "Everything about this property was exquisite. The room, service, location, everything. The ONLY drawback was attempting to get there to park. It is in the old town that seems like it is pedestrian only. It was VERY nerve-racking driving down those streets packed with people to get there. Once there, it was ideal."

"Great Location, very central ( very hard to get to if you are driving to and from) but walking distance to everything. The staff are very nice overall. The negative, is the rooms are quite small, certainly a bit misleading atleast from Expedia represenration picture, may not be anything to do with hotel itself. Bathroom and toilet weird layout in what must be standard room."
