"Amazing hotel great service, I was able to check in early. Room was clean, swimming pool was great and refreshing during the summer heat. Walkable to the train station. A bit noisy by the street windows weren’t sealed. But I would recommend and will book again when visiting Fes. Thanks"

"The men at the front of the hotel were warm and welcoming and helped us out with any questions ensured we knew safe ways to get around. Thats where the positives end. Dated rooms with windows that rattle, bathroom that has seen better days and rock hard beds and pillows. Breakfast is manhandled by a man to make it look like its full and never seen replenished except when pastries were returned that someone didnt eat. Needs a massive overhaul. "When we arrived, the booking was unavailable. They allowed us to stay in dated basic rooms. The WiFi was constantly down. The hot water was available only for a few hours a day. Breakfast was very basic. TV had no antenna so could not be used. The staff were kind and helpful when needing assistance. Location is very good."
