"Great location. Close to the Metro and pretty walkable. Decent enough amenities for this trip and overall the hotel was pretty good. Somewhere between good and excellent. A couple of suggestions: 1. For travellers who arrive super early before 3pm due to early flights - The luggage storage was great. I would love to see the hotel message or call to let you know if a room is ready before the official check-in time of 3pm. After a long flight there is only so much walking around one can do before needing a nap. Not a deal breaker, but definitely a difference maker from good to excellent in my estimation. 2. Love the big windows as they let in a tremendous amount of light but a set of shear curtains would make the experience that much better so you can leave the blackout curtains open while still mainting some privacy from the building across the street. The continental breakfast was very good and the $1 bottles of water were also appreciated. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I return to Montreal and would recommend to others."

"The room was super-clean and quiet, and the staff was super-friendly and helpful. I didn't expect to love an ordinary Best Western on St. Catherine, of all places, just booked it for one night for my work trip. It turned out to be such a pleasant experience that I want to be back next time I come to Montreal. Also, the location is excellent if you travel by bus: the bus station is 10 min away on foot. A subway station is nearby as well. The hotel is a hidden gem! "

"Location was perfect for my stay in Montreal. The parking garage was close, the directions given were precise and staff at the lot were kind and helpful. Staff at front desk were welcoming, prompt and answered any questions I had. The bed was comfortable and the only part of the room that appeared to be cleaned for my stay (rings on tables, dirty floors). The bathroom was tidy and I appreciated the amenities provided. As an individual traveller I enjoyed my trip and may consider a return after renovations are complete. "
