Nice clean basic accommodation

Automatic check-in was straight forward. Got the code from the machine and went to the room. Room was spacious enough for our needs but 4 in the room would be tight. Supermarket and McDonalds were a 5 minute walk away but you will need a car or a taxi if you want to get anywhere else. Overall a pleasant stay.

Parfait mais trop vieillot extérieur trop salle.

Accueil très sympa avec un bon petit déjeuner. Les chambres sont propres mais très vielle avec de la peinture qui s’écaille au plafond de la salle de bain. Et dans les couloir extérieur c’était très salle avec avec beaucoup de mégots de cigarettes au sol et un odeur de tabac froid désagréable. C’est dommage car il manque cet aspect pour en faire un hôtel à l’image du groupe.

Nous sommes arrivés après la fermeture de la réception. Hôtels.com nous avez envoyez un code de résa par mail mais il ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons dû appeler l’assistance de B&B hôtel pour finaliser notre arrivée. Heureusement, tout est rentré dans l’ordre après 15 mn de stress. Pour le reste, tout est ok avec un très bon rapport qualité prix.

Avant 17h00, passage obligé par une borne à condition d'avoir le bon numéro de réservation, pourtant transmis par le site. au final, chambre pas prête à 16h30. Petit déjeuner à 06h30 mais pas prêt avant 6h45, oeufs brouillés de la veille à faire réchauffer au micro-ondes.

Chambre malpropre.

Une nuitée après une visite familiale à Saint Étienne. Accueil tres sympathique par une jeune employée. Chambre pour 2. Rideaux sur la fenêtre taché : café, sang ? Literie plutôt propre. Sol : sale et poussiéreux. Grand tapis au sol sale et qui sent mauvais. Mobilier non lavé. Salle de bain vétuste. La chambre pour le prix de 73 € avec 2 petits déjeuners à 8,90 € chacun, était vraiment malpropre. Un gros effort à faire. Je pense qu'il faut donner les moyens au personnel de pouvoir travailler correctement.

Arrive vers 17h pour une chambre disponible à partir de 14h et chambre pas prête la femme de ménage était en train de faire la chambre attente de plus de 20 min après 3h de route et des obligations derrière ….appel sur la borne d’aide on nous dit que quelqu’un va arrivé à la réception dans les 5 min ….30 min après toujours personne …vers 17h30 un appel d’un portable pour nous dire qu’on va nous donner une autre chambre alors que nous venions de nous installer ….je demande un petit geste commercial pour le désagrément on me demande de faire un mail….alors que j’avais la personne au téléphone…de plus nous avions une chambre pour 4 personnes les lits pour les enfants n’étaient pas fait les draps était juste posés sur les lits à nous de les faire pas très professionnel déçu de notre séjour dans cet hôtel …
