"The check in was confusing, and they wanted to make a new reservation when they couldn’t find my email. BUT we insisted that we won’t pay again. A little unhappy about that experience but everything else - the breakfast, the sauna, the room, the view was amazing. "

"Desayuno rico y de buena calidad"

"Very nice hotel with very nice view."

"Espaço tranquilo, pessoas simpáticas, garagem."

"We had a lovely 5 day stay at the hotel. It has a 90s feeling and I lived it. Every corner has amazing views. Staff is helpful and welcoming. Rooms are very clean and stylish. I definitely recommend this place and would like to visit again"

"The woman in the front office was very kind and friendly. She even gave us an upgrade to a larger room at no extra charge. She was flexible and let us check in early. The room itself was spotless and everything worked. It had a complete kitchen with everything we needed to cook several meals. The bathroom even had a bidet attachment which is often unavailable when travelling. The hotel's windows had stunning views of the lake. The grounds are beautiful and there is even a pool and area...

"The hotel is very clean and in a great location. Very friendly staff and the breakfast is excellant. The room and bathroom are on the smaller side but very comfortable."

"Faltou ducha higiênica nos banheiros. O Frigobar estava trancado. O chuveiro demorou para esquentar. Não ficou claro na reserva que o meu filho menor de idade não podia usar a piscina interna aquecida. Ele ficou muito frustrado. O Café da manhã estava muito lotado as 10h faltando talheres, copos e pratos. Não tem sala jogos."

"Really small apartment, you can hear everything from the other apartments. I could hear the toilet flash just over my head when I was trying to sleep in the bedroom. No air conditioning, it was really hot inside. "

"👍 excelente , lo recomendamos"

"Effective and pleasant customer service. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Excellent location in the middle of the town - one block from the main street (Bernardo O'Higgins). Serviced and large clean room."

"Very clean and comfy room, friendly staff and even friendlier cats <3"

"Truly amazing hotel. Staff/Food/Trips can't be criticised. Hotel helped me to arrange a trip to climb Villarica Volcano. The guides they use to climb the volcano are top notch also"

"O hotel é duas quadras de qualquer ponto ali, 2 quadras do centro, 2 quadras do morador, 2 quadras da praia de areia vulcânica, dos principais restaurantes."
