"The hotel needs à big maintenance and investment. Walls dirty all over the place, needs painting, seems it has not been taken care for years. Lobby with awful couches, old and in bad shape. My room with the windows extremely dirty and also dirty walls and basic cheap furniture. Staff nice , had the opportunity to talk to some employees and agree with me that the hotel needs urgently à big investment."

"Hotel is in a central location of the old town, steps away from major attractions. Hotel is beautifully decorated and clean, room size is nice. Top terrace is so nice to relax after a long day of exploring. The only issue we had - our room was at ground floor, can only be accessed taking stairs down from the 1st floor. We had 2 small carry-ons and were able to do so ourselves, so wasn’t much of a problem, but can be if someone with large suitcases. Overall a great place to stay in Seville."

"From the point of check end, the whole experience is super bad. Unfriendly front office team and to the room experience with the electricity cutting off automatically unless there is a movement in the room every few minutes. Calls after calls to Front Deck, issue is not even resolved. Corridor on the floor towards room from lift landing are very dark, as the auto sensor lights does not light up until after more than 30 seconds. The worst hotel I had ever stayed in! "

"My partner and I really enjoyed staying at this hotel, it was so convenient with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The views from the bar/restaurant terrace on top was so beautiful too. Our room was very cosy, nice pillows and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Sound proofing would have been nice, as its a bit noisy in the evenings. The best thing was the amazing view of the Setas de Sevilla. Wonderful for people watching also. Mini bar was a nice bonus and whilst the hotel had some...
