"This is a new frills,, close to the beach, hotel with great access to restaurants and other attractions on the Rehoboth Boardwalk.Great side view of the ocean from the balcony and easy access to get on the beach. Staff were super friendly and allowed us to check in early since the room was available. Would definitely stay here since it’s an incredibly good value for the money."

"Whether you are at the beach for a getaway or here on business and just want a no-frills hotel just to lay your head at the end of the night, this is the place. I come to town a lot for business, and I spend my days visiting clients. At the end of the day I just want a place to sleep. I don't need a bar (there are plenty within walking distance), a pool (the ocean is a block away), or other amenities that would be needed where I travel elsewhere. If you're looking for the same - a place to just sleep at a decent price - look nowhere else. The price is seriously half of what the cheapest hotels charge, but don't expect a hair dryer, iron, free breakfast, coffee in the lobby or anything else. As I stated above, this is a place with zero frills. However, even though the price may suggest, this is not a cheap roach-infested motel or a place that's been run down to bare bones minimum by a family from India. It's VERY clean! It's not super modern, but it is adequate. The owner is very friendly, compassionate, and accommodating - everything you would expect from a front desk person but much more personable. He's an everyday beach guy so don't expect someone to come out with a suit and tie. This isn't the Hilton and not intended to be. It is the best place to stay in town for the money."
