"We arrived at Verona airport late at night with our 4 month old baby to be told by the property that they had no record of our booking, despite the fact I had been emailing with them in the weeks prior about parking and messaging them on the Expedia messaging service and on both platforms they confirmed they would be sending me check in info so I have no idea how they can claim they didn't have a record of it. "We enjoyed the experience of being in apartment that was gated in a quiet street and appeared to be inhabited by locals in other apparments that made it an authentic experience. It was close to the arena and a great base to explore the whole of central Verona on foot. The apartment was just what we needed for an amazing stay."
