You'll be surprised that there is an island in the middle of the Visayan sea. Part of Palompon, Leyte lies a powdery white sandbars. Greatest discovery last 2013 for the people of Leyte.
As a native of the Leyte Province, I can say that this gem is truly to be proud of. Kalanggaman Island offers the best white sands and amazing sandbar. Though just a small island but this place gives you that feeling like you're in a paradise. After supertyphoon Haiyan hit Leyte in 2013, this island paradise continue to stand strong and boost its beauty. Just like a true Waray, resilient, strong and beautiful. #Culture

Rooms were clean, the staff very supportive and nice, especially Eily (I hope to write the name correctly) always smiling. It's a pity the presence of boats right in front of the beach. Good services in place. Remarkable the point that no extra fee is added to the credit card. Bravo!!
