"The stay was amazing. The check-in process was seamless and informative about amenities and property details. We started in a 3 bedroom room. There was so much room for our family with large bathrooms, closets, and living room area. The property is located within minutes of several restaurants, Disney, Old Town, and Works of Food Trucks. The property was quiet at night ABs offered activity amenities such as basketball, volleyball, pickle ball, and miniature golf. In booking again for the summer...

"Umm, not what I expected. Resort is a bit of a stretch. Room was VERY outdated and small. My daughter enjoyed thebpool and the staff were okay. Likely would not stay here again"

"Pool water was murky and not fresh and clean. We had a hole in our ceiling with rusted wire sticking out right above the bed where it looked like a smoke detector was ripped out of the ceiling, and the hole was never repaired. There was food and stuff in the freezer area of the mini fridge belonging to I guess I guess who had been there previously and the refrigerator was dirty and not been cleaned. The bathroom was filthy and looked like it has not been wiped. The carpet felt damp and room...

"Very nice hotel, everything was clean and worked well. Secure and staff was friendly and helpful. There was also enough parking. Good buffet breakfast and there is also a restaurant/bakery apart from it in the premises."

"The best place to stay in Kissimmee! The rooms are great, spacious and clean with all the appliances included. The hotel has 2 outdoor pools and lots of sports activities, including pickleball, tennis, and basketball. You can rent all the sports equipment for free. And finally, the place is very close to Disney and Universal."
