"Upon arrival at 1:30pm, the pool had not been cleaned. The server/ wait staff took too long to acknowledge their guests. They all disappeared into the kitchen. The tv in the room did not work - problems with the internet. Only amenity in the bathroom was a trial size bar of soap. Definitely not staying ..."

The air conditioning in our room never cooled, even after several hours, and there were no other rooms available. The pool also had many missing tiles, so we didn’t feel comfortable using ..."
