"This hotel was very nicely situated on a road closed to vehicle traffic. Cafes and shopping surrounded us offering plenty of options. Cleanliness was a top priority for this hotel. The staff were kind and helpful. Our only complaint and this is a stretch.....is that we would have liked a lounge on the property. Otherwise, we recommend and plan to stay at this hotel in our future travel to Italy."

"No way to get a key to enter. Cannot drive close to hotel so don’t book it if renting a car. Obscure hobbit door of a tiny side street lets you into a stone floored chamber and you need to haul suitcases up 40 stairs. Which we were not warned about. Try hauling up your suitcases"

"The room was freezing and the heat wouldn’t turn on. We ended up having to contact the host who did not respond directly but did seem to turn on the heat remotely. The walls were paper thin and there were people yelling outside most of the night, making it very difficult to sleep. The room itself was fine, as was check in. Good location. "
