"The property was located in the midst of automotive shops & smelled of sewage plus diesel exhaust. They used toilet deodorizers as air fresheners in every room. There was no fresh air! The owner lived nextdoor and was constantly walking by, looking into windows & even turned off the water then opened the unit before we were checked out. No street/house numbers or photos to identify the exterior of the location on a very busy industrial street. Views of barbed wire & auto shops out every window....

"Superzimmer, sauber, toll ausgestattet (Küche, Bad, Klimaanlage), für unseren Bedarf mehr als ausreichend. Allerdings war es schwierig zu finden da wir zum ersten Mal in Costa Rica waren und nachts angekommen sind. Der Taxifahrer wusste zu helfen. Gerne wieder."

"Property itself was nice and fine but there were a number of small details lacking that made our stay less than ideal. For one, there were no blankets or pillows provided for the two extra pull out beds. The water dispenser on the fridge didn’t work. The shampoo / conditioner dispensers in the showers were all but empty. And the treadmill in the gym is also non functional.
The host was responsive before check in but when we raised some of the issues we were having, they did not respond until...
