"Gisselle , Nathalia and Valentin were fantastic. Anything we needed was taken care of immediately . The rooms were spotless, well maintained and comfortable. The location is perfect and hard to beat if you are staying in Nice. Make sure to enjoy breakfast in the courtyard, it is well worth it!"

The effort and care put into the property and your stay is apparent. Parking available- do let them know in advance if you require a space. "I had a great stay. Maria and Sebastian were incredibly helpful throughout my visit. I was initially worried about arriving late, but they made sure everything went smoothly, and I was able to check in at 9 PM without any issues. The rooms are clean, charming, and well-maintained. The location is excellent—close to everything, making it easy to explore the area on foot."

"The web site photos make the building look huge and elegant. Not so. It was a very plain hotel in a residential area. The rooms do not have a closet or drawers to unpack your luggage so if you’re planning on staying for multiple days, this makes it a bit difficult. There is a wall area with a few hangers but not a closet. The fan in the bathroom did not work and when I inquired on this, they did not have a solution of the problem."

"Free breakfast in the mornings with fresh squeezed orange juice and large selection of fresh foods. A little walk away from the city which is good as no noise from outside will bother hotel guests. Clean room, good size as well."

"The room 601 was not accessible by anything but stairs. Staff was not available when leaving to help with my luggage and I fell down the stairs with my bags trying to get to the elevator. When I tried to explain to the front desk about the accident she didn’t seem to care. My wrist and knee are injured. To have rooms only accessible by stairs and not offer assistance with luggage to the elevator is ridiculous. I left a bag of take out I had put in the hallway for trash and it sat there outside...
