"The hotel looks amazing so the rooms. Newly decorated, clean. Food options great. Entertainment very good. The staff couldn't care less about noise and disturbance in the corridors, all day long. In the mornings, during the day and evenings were totally awful. Kids running around, spilling drinks everywhere, screaming and hitting the walls. The swimming pools not very clean definitely need update, with 2 lazy guards. Indoor swimming pool full up with teenagers jumping to the water, singing loud...

"Quiet location right on the
beach
. Swimming pool didn’t appear to be cleaned for the 6 days we were there, stayed half board but arrived late evening and left early in the morning missing 2 meals unfortunately the hotel make no provision for you if this happens so we missed a whole day of food!! I did email the hotel if they arranged cold food for the evening and a packed lunch instead of breakfast but they didn’t get back to me."

"We stayed here as a family of 4 (kids aged 6 and 8) in late June. Kids loved the pool and were the right age to enjoy the Mini Club activities. Pool area was fantastic. Beds were very comfortable and room had good air con. Spa was an added bonus. We were full board and loved the breakfast and dinner. Drinks were priced very reasonably.
