Long way for little improvment
It requred a lot of efforts for small improvements such as WIFI and a refregirator. It took me three telephone calls/visits to have them fixed. For the case of the refregirator, it took half a day to solve this. This is very irritating and frustrating. I prefer a hotel where one call solves the problem immediately.

Bad communication
Some communication problem. Satelite TV was not working, so I asked for fixing. Guys came but could not fix it. They went back without saying anything. The problem was fixed nex day, but no explanation, no apology. They may improve the communication.

Outstanding breakfast buffet
I Stayed at room 506 on 23rd and 24th Jan 2018.
I have the following to say
The beds were very comfortable
The room was clean
Room lighting was poor
There were just 2 chairs. Not enough.
Set top box tv system was faulty at times.
The quality of bathroom towels was poor.
The breakfast buffet was excellent.

good but slow and over priced
The food and rooms are good. The room service is the slowest i have seen. On the whole the hotel and rooms have the feel of used material - not refurbished and renewed.

Just an extension to street side sleeping
Hotel staff are horrible. Talks like street side rowdies. They don't know local language or English and at the same time with lot of headstrongness. Treats guests very bad. If you give big tip ($9 or more), then they will smile for 5 mins and after that the next shift employees will start the same rudeness. Buffet breakfast is horrible. They know you won't give any tips, all dirty atmosphere with super crowd with outside people and it is a big mess... food spilled everywhere, dirty plates and spoons, extremely rude employees and we don't even know what language they speak. My next table guest asked for a spoon and the server bring a used spoon from other table just by wiping with paper napkin. Toilet seat is horrible. Shower all of a sudden dumps hot water and then normal water. Make sure you won't burn your skin. Stinky smell in the rooms with concentrated pest control spray. Yellow spots on the blankets...

Enjoyed My Stay!
Lovely property with friendly staff. The breakfast spread is expansive and you can find healthy options. Lunch and dinner seems overly laden with oils though and the oriental restaurant is too dim and unappealing. Neptune Bar is good for drinks. . The gym is decent and wifi is humming.

Nicest area, Great Staff, Very Dependable
Stayed here for 4 nights, with no problem at all. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Free morning breakfast buffet was excellent. Mostly South Indian dishes and tasted great. Hotel is very clean. My room was a little older one, so make sure you request one of the newest rooms with western style outlets in the wall. The hotel wifi was a life saver. There is a fee for every 24 hours of wifi internet. They have a computer with a printer in the main office where I printed my flight itinerary. Anything you need, you can ask the hotel staff and they will pretty much take care of it for you. They even sent someone out to get medicine for me when I had a headache. Oh, and the bar is great.

The Goods:
The location, the valet parking and the spacious rooms. 24 Hour checkout.
The Forgivables:
The temperature control is very hard to control, No hand towels unless asked, the corridors are not air conditioned so you feel stuffy in the Vijayawada heat of 45 degree Celsius.
The Bads:
Worst Buffet breakfast. The chutneys were lifeless. The Punnugulu (vada like items) were raw batter. The pancakes were hard like stone. The choice limited. The coffee cold and the trainee waiters are a pain for they dont understand a word.
Room service I asked for ice. I thought being a star category hotel they would do it in a ice flask with forceps. But they served it in a bowl with spoon. It melted within two minutes. Absolutely no class.
I pick a hotel for a good night sleep. Forget about in this hotel. There was a continuous buzzing vibration noise in 705. Called housekeeping they said it was normal for the A/c plant was situated on top.
And they called at 7.35 AM on my day of departure and asked when was I checking out. Idiotic .How can they wake up a guest and ask.And I had the room till 3.00 PM
Worst of all. At 11.00 I call up and said no water in flush. This should not happen in the first place. They said somebody would look into it. But I had to call again at 11.20 and my bowel and bladder were full. Same response. I again called at 11.35 some joker picked up the phone and said the water pipe broke in the morning at 7 itself. I was shocked .So they knew the problem and didn't inform the guest. I called the manager and said if something is not done I will urinate and defaecate in the corridor/lobby. My room was changed in 5 minutes to 707. Bad experience.
They should actually refund my money for the last day's experience.
