"They checked us in when we were sitting on the plane to Bologna, a bit late. In the middle of our trip they changed the lock on the main door so we couldn’t get in. We then had to call them and wait for them to come with a key, quite strange. I hit my head in the roof all the time. Other than that it was fine. Lots of stair up to the apartment."
