"The lock of inside on my room is broken and won't close. I have to lock it with a key, but the light won't turn on unless I insert the key, so I need to use my cell phone light. "Sophisticated yet cozy. Service was top notch. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Great central bustling location but quiet and peaceful inside the hotel. An example of the great service: I was not feeling well from a stomach bug I caught at a previous hotel; the manager noticed I wasn't eating much at breakfast and I told her the sickness was the reason. She took it upon herself to make me ginger and honey tea as well as to provide me the ingredients to-go so I could make more later. The tea really helped."
