"Very nice hotel in a great location. Front staff were amazing. Clean modern room. Walking distance to shopping and dining. Everything is within 10min by car or moped. Would 100% recommend, this is a great value. Laos, english and hmong languages spoken by staff. Just a quick note, our unit did not have any cooking utensils however there was a fully functional kitchen. We would stay here again without hesitation."

"Vikeo Villas Serviced Apartments is located just next to a huge construction site. The scaffolds are maybe at 2-5 meters from the apartment. There is deafening noise of pneumatic hammers tearing down concrete walls, 7 AM - 6 PM, all week long, yes also on Sundays. I was not advised beforehand by the manager that this situation existed. I was not given an opportunity to opt out. However the torturous and virtually constant and deafening noise was so undeniable, he offered me a refund and I moved...
