Friendly and above-all helpful staff really make this place. But the icing on the cake is the restaurant - that chef really knows what she's doing with oriental flavours. And booking through Expedia gets you a 25% discount on food - very much recommended.

Good location, close to the centre but in a reasonably quiet street. Rooms are a decent size, but a little dated and the mattress was very firm. Bathroom clean and well maintained. Pool area is lovely with shower, loungers and towels all provided. Staff were very nice, and let me use the pool after I checked out.

Friendly staff, large rooms, and a great location. Pool was a good size but could use more sun chairs. The mattress in the room however was quite uncomfortable. If they could update those we would stay again.

Le Charme is a handy hotel. It is not too large, not too small. Guests are wonderful. Staff of the hotel is also excellent. Only problem I found is that hot water is not well facilitated, and so it takes a long time to take a hot water shower.

Le Charme is exceptionally well run. Plumbing and electrical, bedding and furniture, service and food were all international quality. On Expedia the hotels in this part of the world tend to all look good so it is difficult to see the details. Fantastic location. Good price too. Highly recommend.

Wonderful helpful staff. Very noisy outside my room. There is a restaurant outside and I heard people laughing and carrying on till late. Staff was helpful and moved me to another floor where it was nice and quiet. Avoid the 2nd floor.

Its a good hotel as always.. Well run and clean. But things have gotten a lot more expensive in Vientiane these days. The price for a Superior room seems about double from a year ago. I learned it is not worthwhile to get a standard room. Small and no balcony. Always get the superior room with balcony if the price works for you. The pool is quite large and pleasant and the fitness room is decent. Love the location.
