Beautiful hotel , our second stay here after a fantastic first time experience Can’t compliment the restaurant managers and staff In breakfast and dinner enough. Chef & staff so helpful & friendly regarding my coeliac ( gluten allergy ) Management staff credit and shout out to NAMFON as she was so helpful organising my special food package for travel & was taken care of quickly and wonderfully kind very personable. Helped us with transportation too Thank you NAMFON 🙏 Room was nice and clean beautifully modern. A nice modern , relaxing place to stay in Vientiane.

From the moment you enter, greeting is awesome, check in is quick, room is clean, making a long trip jag lag from multiple connections and around 30 to 35 hours of travel time peaceful and restful.

The room was very cleans and the staff were to a person kind and helpful although communicating in English was a bit difficult. I will have to brush up on my Lao next time I go to Laos. Breakfast and dinner were sumptuous!
