I had just come back from a long day full of meetings i just wanted to take a shower and sleep..i was locked out of my room and my key card was not working..i went down to the reception and they said i had an outatanding bill i hadnt paid from the day before and that they sent me a message to my room..for one thkng there was no message delivered to my room..secondly, i was staying for 3 or 4 more nights, why lock me out of my room? My one week stay was already fully paid, did you expect that i was gonna run away to save 50 euros and lose the 4 remaining nights?
When i spoke to the guy at the reception he was quite rude and accusatory as if he were dealing with a criminal..this is definitely my last stay at any marriott branch..why spend my hard earned money at a place that has zero respect to their customers?
