I would give this place a high mark for the accomodation itself which was comfortable and spotlessly clean. I have to give it a lower mark due to a failing in customer care and follow up to a complaint. There seems to be an amateur attitude to customer service with this property. I had issues with the access code to the apartment which meant i could not gain entry to my room at 3pm which caused unnecessary panic. When you are travelling from overseas a foreign phoneline is a problem when you are stuck out of accomodation. The entry code had not been registered so it took me luckily finding a housekeeping staff to let me gain access. This itself was an annoyance but not a deal breaker. My main cause for concern however was the male housekeeper entering the apartment at 10am on checkout morning. (Checkout being at 11am) After knocking he entered the apartment and despite seeing my shoes and bag by the entrance walked into the bathroom where I was taking a shower. Rather than quickly retreat he smiled, paused and then waved at me as I was in the shower! In which country is this invasion of privacy considered normal?? I was shocked and embarrased and shouted at him to retreat. Approximately 30 mins later his attitude was careless. As a male I was shocked but I shudder to think how he would react if a single lone female were put in this situation. I emailed a complaint to the contact email immediately and had no reply. I emailed again 4 days later. No response. Shocking.
