The room is very clean. The Checkin instructions are clear. The digital key is easy and convenient. The washing machine is new, and has some nice features. The location is plus!

I was pleasantly surprised by this place. We stayed here to get away from the overpriced hotels in the 1st District and figured we'd probably have to deal with a little inconvenience to get around. As it turned out, the Schloss Belvedere is just down the street where you can hop on the D tram and be to the Opera House or Hofburg in just minutes! And if you are coming into town by train, the Hauptbahnhof is easily walkable in the other direction. The room was also wonderful. Spacious with a nice big shower, and a kitchenette that included laundry and a little dishwasher! There was even a balcony! It's in a courtyard so there isn't really a view, but that keeps it quiet and it was a great place for morning coffee. I highly recommend this place!

The check in process needs some improvement. They sent emails for check-in. But the link doesn’t work. We provided the information but failed to log in. And we could not get the check-in information before we really got the hotel. Luckily they allowed us the digital key and we figured out by ourselves

Modern building, brand new interior (June 2026), well stocked kitchen, washing machine, AC. Great location, easy to walk and near multiple tram stops and main train station. Only downside is the wifi can be a bit patchy, but would still highly recommend!

Very clean and very nice location. Easy to get to things with staples near by. Check in was a little lengthy but the detail provided about the place was great through the app. Everything you needed to prepare small meals was provided and easy with having a grocery store less than 2 blocks away. Perfect amount of room for my spouse and I. Highly recommend for business or leisure travel.

Super clean and great location - we got in pretty late and had a really hard time checking in, and the host was unavailable and the phone number online didn’t get answered, but we figured it out! The smart TV turns on at random times, which is a little creepy, so we just unplugged it haha. We would honestly stay again.

Excellent loft near the train station. Furnishings are modern, and the unit is spotless. However, the check in process is confusing and requires use of a clunky mobile app. Would recommend.

Clean apartment close to the city (walking distance). Kitchen was a plus and a big bathroom. We made our own breakfast everyday. The room key is basically your phone which is convenient but when my phone stopped working, I didn’t really know what to do (and it can be slow opening the doors). Some noise from other rooms was between 10-11pm and 7-8am (furniture moving and some banging?) but overall very quiet. Also, the bed was harder than I’ve ever slept in and my back hurt a lot but managed 4 nights.

Like others have mentioned, the check-in process could definitely be improved. I completed the check-in a few days before arrival, paid the deposit (which is a bit of a pain, to be honest), and added the access card to my Apple Wallet. Unfortunately, the access was cancelled before my arrival, so despite having done everything correctly, I couldn’t get into the property. I arrived around 3pm and, although it only took me a short time to contact the property, it was still inconvenient to be standing outside without access. They responded quickly and resolved the issue straight away, and I had no further problems during my stay. One thing to keep in mind is that you access the apartment using your phone, so make sure you always have enough battery! The apartment itself is excellent. The AC was a huge plus, especially with temperatures reaching 39°C outside. The washing machine, drying rack and even laundry detergent were very appreciated. The fully equipped kitchen and coffee machine, with a few coffee capsules, were also great touches. The bedding was very high quality, and overall, it felt like a lot of thought had gone into making the apartment comfortable and convenient. It seems brand new, with everything immaculate and exceptionally clean. Aside from the initial check-in issue, I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend it.
