"I had an urgency and with 1 month in advance I called Expwdia because renting the house was a mistake that I did. I asked Expedia to have some flexibility. They asked the ownwers and they did not accept to cancel the reservation. These are times when empathy and common sense is more relevant than ever.. I could not go as I know 1 month ago. "Loved that the property was on the beach. Spacious room. Too bad it wasn’t warm enough for the pool! We liked walking to restaurants but were disappointed to not find any small market nearby. Would recommend, would stay again."

"Byron was very helpful in getting us checked in and sharing information about the property and its amenities. We enjoyed our stay and found the family suite spacious. Breakfast was delicious (they allow seconds of any dish), street parking in front of the hotel entrance was easy. Facility is charming. The only oddity is the very tall sink height in the bathroom. Other than that, we found the location excellent and the staff warm and friendly. The resident cat, Loy, was a charmer. "

"We enjoyed our stay at Vertientes. The place is nice, family friendly, and in a good location. The only thing is that they moved us from our original room to another after the first day, saying that they were going to work on the electrical system. Didn't they know that when they booked us there originally? But we wouldn't let this keep us from re-booking there again if the opportunity ever arises."
