"The room was spotless, and the staff went above and beyond to help us arrange excursions, even advising us on getting a local train up to the mountains. Breakfast was amazing, especially having a chef cooking eggs fresh in front of us — it was great knowing everything was freshly prepared. There were initially some missing towels and dressing gowns, but once we mentioned it, they were provided straight away without hesitation. "Adorei o estilo do hotel mantendo as instalações no estilo antigo da epoca da dona porem com reformulações atuais. O atendimento foi impecável: cheguei mais cedo e fui muito bem recebida. Me ofereceram cafe, agua, suco. Arrumaram o meu quarto o mais rapido que puderam mesmo antes do horário do check-in. Todos os funcionários eram muito simpáticos. Precisei fazer o check-out na madrugada, o que nao foi o menor problema. Solicitei um small breakfast to go e recebi no meu quarto um breakfast...

"Nice hotel quite centrally located. Very clean and modern. A bit too modern in the sense that you are given a pin to the front door and your room to unlock. So when I came early to store my luggage before check-in I could not easily get in. The reception is staffed during daytime. The hotel offers a free minibar (sodas and water) and two bottles of complimentary wine. Breakfast is nice even if the options are somewhat limited. Overall, a good place to stay."

"I have been to this hotel before and gladly came back, great staff, clean, quiet and excellent location, the room was nice, renovated, the shower head can use a change in the shower but all the rest was great. at breakfast i was missing vegan options, but i managed so no big deal for me. i will come back next time i am in Bucarest"
