Fairmont Empress
Initially we didn’t have the room ready on time (4pm). The room we eventually got was below our expectations for a Fairmont. But the manager took note of that and replaced it with probably one of the best rooms they had.

Hotel Grand Pacific
Excellent location, walking distance for everything. Great room space, pet friendly, amazing pool. Lobby was busy, no sitting room while waiting for room.

Chateau Victoria Hotel and Suites
The staff at the hotel were excellent!! Incredibly friendly and helpful. We were especially impressed with how they were so accommodating with the use of the hotel shuttle. The hotel's team made our New Year's Eve incredible!
