"1. The breakfast was bland and boring, with clumpy scrambled eggs everyday that tasted artificial. Often there weren’t enough bowls and plates. 2. There are only two elevators- hence long wait times. To make things worse one went out of service and was not fixed for days! 3. The location was terrific, close to Sparks Street, parliament buildings and downtown."

"There was noise overnight and we called twice to complain. I felt they should’ve offered some money back or something in the am because of the noise at 2AM. No one offered anything Won’t be rushing back next time I’m in town Also if you bring a car the parking lot only takes cars that are 5’9 and lower. Not end of the world but kind of an awkward underground parking lot"

"Clean room, comfortable beds. The kids enjoyed the heated indoor pool and gym was great."

"Ended up in a tiny room. Definitely not as photos. Cramped kitchen and bath. Took at least 4-5 minutes before water was hot enough for a shower."

"Great hotel. Nice staff. Food is good Nice pool and spa. A little bit loudy at night we Cleveland heard our neighbord. Talking, listening to music. If you want to sleeping peacefully ask for a room far fromage the street. Except for the noise wa had a wonderfull week-end at the hotel"

"Great location and lovely staff. The room and amenities were very good. There is no elevator, so be ready to hoist your luggage up and down the stairs if you are not on first floor! There is a homeless shelter and a street clinic nearby, which made me a bit nervous about walking around the neighbourhood at night. But I didn't experience nor observe any negative incidents."

"This is home built in 1886. If you like that idea, you will love it. Old stairs, old rooms well maintained and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and loved our room. Breakfast was delicious."

"The staffer actually pretty good very kind. It is difficult to reach all places if you need assistance as I do. The hotel is a little bit in need of renovation and they say they're going to be doing it soon."
