There were big cockroaches in my room. When I went to tell the stamp Cheryl, she beloved at me too, another guest by stating they won’t harm you. She laughed with the other guests and did not take my concern. Well, it was very dismissive when I asked for the manager, she showed me where to get the card instead of getting it for me then pulled on her name tag and say her name was Cheryl The second room she put me in the TV did not work and she had no concern but I stayed there until I got the service. I deserve by the way, which I never received. She did put me into another room at the end of the hall. I was finally in place by midnight to go to sleep, knowing I was leaving in the morning, headed back to Florida. She was very nonchalant and did not take my concern. Seriously, I have a phobia when it comes to bugs, but her position is they’re not gonna get me that they are just water bugs. As often as myself and my family stays there, I am very upset with the service I receive. The dismissiveness let me see that Cheryl didn’t care and to have a conversation with another guest about the bugs in my presence is highly unprofessional. I have never had a problem at the hotel even when I slipped in the shower because the slip mat was not there. I chose not to make a claim or note on the hotel and told the staff who was very friendly that I was OK. to have this relationship with the Hotel and then get treated like this is unacceptable.
I will be back the week of Thanksgiving and hop
