il problema e' stato alla fine quando ho dovuto pagare che non mi hanno potuto dare la fattura perche ' dicevano che dovevate essere stati voi visto che il pagamento e' stato fatto con la carta di credito .quindi oltre al servizio la beffa dove non ho potuto scaricare il costo visto che non ho lafattura . io personalme nte dopo 10 volte che prenoto con voi non mi era mai successo questo seguendo sempre lo stesso percorso di prenotazione. io per lavoro mi muovo parecchio e posso essere un grosso cliente per voi perche' continuo ad andare in giro ditemoi voi

Il primo scopo di una stanza è quello di farti dormire. Poco importa avere negli arredi e stanze rinnovate se poi l’impianto di riscaldamento è datato e in camera si sente la vibrazione della ventola del vicino per TUTTA LA NOTTE. Non ho chiesto il cambio della stanza semplicemente perché avevo due tappi per le orecchie e che abbiamo utilizzato in due.

Decentrato ma valido

Buon hotel pulito con personale gentile e disponibile, camere sufficientemente spaziose e ben isolate acusticamente, molto comodo il bollitore per caffè e tisane, climatizzazione valida e regolabile con facilità; servizi non eccessivamente spaziosi ma ben puliti e dotati di tutti gli accessori necessari ed infine letto comodo con biancheria di qualità. Per finire la prima colazione molto varia, sia nel salato che nel dolce, con bevande calde da distributore ma basta chiedere al personale sempre presente si possono avere bevande preparate al momento. Per cercare il pelo nell'uovo la posizione è abbastanza decentrata ed in zona che non favorisce una passeggiatina in compenso esiste un ottimo e capiente parcheggio coperto.

No AC and the receptionist had the weirdest lie to say that all hotels in Vicenza at this time has no AC because it’s already “cold” outside. I had to talk to the supervisor and the first thing she asked the receptionist was “which country is he from?” She transferred me to a corner room where I have to open the window to cool the room. Old Hotel. Customer service can be improved bigtime.

I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights, clean and comfortable room, excellent location and impeccable and very friendly reception staff; unfortunately I didn't like breakfast, too many sweets, no hot breakfast, no coffee, I noticed that they are 4 people for breakfast (2 in the kitchen and 2 to serve) and could do much more. Courtesy and kindness to breakfast are not included, they must be paid extra; the same breakfast every day, what a break. ______________________________________________________ Sono stato in questo hotel per 4 notti, camera pulita e comoda, ottima la posizione dell'hotel e lo staff alla reception impeccabile e molto gentile; purtroppo non mi è piaciuta la colazione, troppi dolci, non c'è la colazione calda, non offrono il caffè, ho notato che sono in 4 persone per le colazioni (2 in cucina e 2 a servire) e potrebbero fare molto di più. La cortesia e la gentilezza alla colazione non sono incluse, vanno pagate extra; tutti i giorni la stessa colazione, che rottura. Grazie amici vicentini!

I arrived with my 2 children, 5 years and one 5 months old. The check in was very fast and all the staff members are very friendly and kind. Not everyone speaks different languages, only Italian. In the room I asked a baby bed, it was horrible, almost broken. The bathroom was very dirty, I had to clean the bath to be able to give a bath to my 5 months old daughter. Also our bed was making so much noise 🙁 It was too hot in the room, the air conditioning was not working well either.
