"the staff at this hotel is the greatest asset.We stayed here on 3 occasions over a 3 week period.The first room we could not adjust the temperature.The 3rd room had a bad lock you had to fight with to get the door closed.All rooms had bad dripping taps.The pool although large and enjoyable is looking quite shabby.The Italian restaurant is excellent for both dinner and breakfast and we enjoyed the bar for a nightcap.The hotel is in a great location and we walked to the canal where there is a lot going on.Overall we had a good stay but the hotel is in need of a refresh"

"Las fotografías publicadas de las habitaciones no se corresponden con la realidad del hotel. Existe una diferencia evidente entre lo que se ofrece en los medios de promoción y el estado real de las instalaciones, lo que genera una expectativa que no se cumple al momento de la estancia.
Adicionalmente, los precios del bar resultan excesivos y poco transparentes, generando una sensación constante de sobrecosto por servicios básicos. A ello se suma una deficiente política de atención al cliente, caracterizada por una falta de disposición para atender reclamos o brindar soluciones adecuadas.
Finalmente, las instalaciones del hotel se perciben antiguas, con un mantenimiento insuficiente y un evidente deterioro, lo cual afecta de manera significativa la experiencia general del huésped. En conjunto, la estancia resulta insatisfactoria y muy por debajo de lo esperado."
