"The property was charming, comfortable and very clean. The location was great for walking but terrible for driving. The valet service was inadequate and the directions were terrible. There were also some quirky things about our room, dark steps to the bathroom and the AC doesn’t go above 75 degrees no matter the setting you choose. Our room had a coffee station but no milk and only demitasse cups. Overall the staff was nice but inexperienced for a luxury hotel."

"The property was very nice. My only issue was that the air conditioning failed to cool the room during a heat wave. The staff said they would get the Technician to make the necessary repairs but it wasn’t fixed. The staff gave us a fan which helped but that wasn’t enough. Upon checkout they applied a slight discount to our room bill. With the exception of the air conditioning failure the stay was fantastic."

"Staff friendly and accommodating. We were placed in an accessible room, which we did not need. Maybe a communication issue between us. However, we would stay there again. Renovation happening, but presented no problem. Again very friendly and helpful staff."

"Everywhere felt clean and the staff were good. Breakfast was very nice and it is in the perfect location to see the old town. The room decor felt a bit austere but the bed was comfortable. "
