"The night I arrived the entry codes worked however, there was someone else in my assigned room. It was late in the evening, and I called the hotel support. Luckily, [and by chance] they were able to get me into another room [which was not what I had reserved]. The light in the bathroom did not work. ..."

Went fir the Fetes Des Vignerons which happens every 20/22 years ! Wonderful spectacular well worth the visit ! Such a beautiful area right on Lake Geneva !
