"100% this is Expedias fault. I had a confirmation number for my stay. When I arrived the Hotel had no information in regards to my stay. They were at capacity and I had no choice but to leave. Driving home 4 + hours in the middle of the night. Thanks Expedia for the terrible experience. I will never use the services again. I will specifically through IHG going forward. "The staff is friendly and helpful, regardless of day or shift. They have a nice pool, more for fun/cooling off rather than doing laps. The breakfast was/is the same every day. A few assorted cereals, juice and milk, bacon bits, French toast, sausage links, and powdered eggs. They have fruit and yogurt, instant oatmeal in a big warmer, a toast/bagels/muffins. And sometimes they have coffee. After 2-3 days you’ll want to find alternatives, I recommend the Breakfast Club. The room was clean and...
