"Spacious and comfortable room. The staff were amazing. Everyone you met greeted you from the concierge to housekeeping. I can’t remember another hotel that showed us more hospitality. It truly felt like they wanted us there. "

"Entire hotel was spotless, including outdoor areas, staff was very welcoming and helpful with directions when we missed the parking entrance, beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. Towels were plentiful and soft. Room lighting was odd, very dark in the room, but one of the bathroom lights was much too bright. Parking garage onsite was awesome. Would definitely stay here again.,"

"We had a nice stay at this place, check in is a breeze, everyone is very nice. The bed is comfy, the room is nice and clean. The location is really good too, Macy’s is across the street, walking distance to Boston common and Faneuil Hall Market place, and North end. We will difinitely stay here again. "

"Absolutely LOVED it! Fabulous location. Can walk easily to many historical sites. Food was fabulous! Staff were also fabulous! Will stay here again when in Boston. My cousin was staying at Ritz down the street and I loved our hotel so much more! "
