The apartment is lovely, large bathroom and two good size bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a sofa as well as the bed. The rooms were clean and the added bonus of pastries, coffee machine, chilled water, tea and coffee capsules made our stay. Property was easy to find when using google street view in advance and looking at the windows, however, we did not receive the welcome email 72 hours in advance with the codes for the lock box or the link for our ID, luckily we had a note of the telephone number on our booking, when we called the email was sent immediately with the information, would have been 5 stars for everything if the email had been sent without having to be chased by phone. We had sent a message 24 hours before arrival to request the email but no response was received until we phoned at the check in time. Aside from this we would recommend and would revisit.
Location was ideal for exploring Verona, less than a five minute walk from the Arena and Piazza Bra with a lovely little coffee shop/cafe next to the apartment with fabulous pastries and an Aldi opposite for any essential food/drinks.
Checkout time is early - 9.30am and there is no luggage storage but there are places to store luggage in the city if needed and the little coffee shop next door is perfect for breakfast!
