"The staff were very helpful and super nice! I was a solo traveler and I felt very safe at the place and in vernazza in general. They also have really great pesto pasta!"

"We lost one whole hour because they sent us to a different location. At the end, after a lot of insisting on our part, they gave us the address we booked but a different, much smaller room. 😡"

"There is no front desk or staff available to help us with check in or carrying luggage up the stairs. We arrived after 7 pm. "A great room with wonderful view and a very comfortable bed. All rooms are small in the village, but the village is one of the 2 best places in cinque terra. Lots of exercise because of the stairs. No breakfast, but the village has plenty of restaurants"

"This is a scam, they did not provided any information prior to checkin and address 9/20 via Agenstino does not exists. Locals couldn't find either. Expedia team tries to reach out but they weren't able to contact the owner and we were left on the streets in 3rd County. NOW We need to fight for refund with Expedia. PLEASE STAY AWAY"
