"Service was always available to me - helpful and organized to have my room ready early without me requesting it as they knew I in transit. Nothing was ever a difficult or annoying request (that's how the staff made me feel anyway). The room was awesome. It was serviced exceptionally well every day during my stay. "Clean, great location bus stop right out front and trams down the road, IGA 2 doors down, walking distance from everything CBD, only downside is aircon is not ducted it is a split system in the living area and we prefer to sleep with the bedroom door closed, my partner did wake up sweating a few nights but we would definitely book here again!"

"Clean and spacious room. The pool and jacuzzi area is beautiful and large. Nice touch of having chocolate hour at 2 pm. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. The only negative is that the floors in the bathroom were completely wet after showering ( I think we were assigned the accessible room). Close by trams and the railway station. Beautiful hotel and friendly staff! Will definitely stay here again."
