The hot tub and sauna were the best part of this hotel! Stayed two nights - 2 different rooms because the bed was awful. The girl working over night both nights did not say a word to me when I checked in. I might still be standing there if I wouldn’t have initiated the process! She looked and acted completely disengaged from the fact that she was the face of this hotel. When I asked if there were any rooms with newer beds she told me I was “talking to the wrong person” (she was the only one there)
When I called back and decided to extent my stay (because of hot tub) she said “you want to stay in a hotel that doesn’t have a comfortable bed?”
Honestly- the real answer is no! I would not ever stay there again. I found a much a better place for the 3rd night. So if you want a great pool area with a nice hot tub and decent sauna, this a good choice. If you want a good nights sleep OR a comfortable bed or polite staff- this is not the place for that.
