"Room was nice and clean. We booked this hotel for the first time because it said there is a Breakfast buffet available, a rare find in that area ( the ad in the description). Saturday morning I asked and they had only a la card to order breakfast and it seemed nobody knew about a buffet. So we asked if they had some complimentary coffee in the lobby and again that was a big NO, only tea. We travel alot and this has to be the first expensive hotel with no coffee available, just in the room. They also charge 8$ to park your car outside in their parking lot but after asking why they did not charge me!!!! Will be going back to the Hampton Inn in Everett where they have a breakfast inclusive. "

"We had a comfortable 2-night stay at Room 104 which has french doors opening out to the view of the marina. It was mostly quiet except for pretty floors/walls so in the morning we can hear the stomping of the people above us and when someone turns on the shower at the neighboring rooms it initially sounds very loud. Other than that, the breakfast baskets were a nice touch and most of the staff were friendly and welcoming. Convenient parking and nice location that is walking distant to cute businesses like Woods Coffee and a brewery. Short drive to Snohomish Downtown where we went shopping/antiquing and Downtown Everett businesses. I would stay here again! "

"I did not stay there as there was a huge mix-up with the date of the reservation. Neither Expedia nor the hotel were willing to fix the issue and just reschedule my trip to next month when I was trying to set it for."

"The employee that checked me in walked away and left me without a word after checking me in for 40 minutes without giving me my room key. Several people came in and left because no one was at the desk. When i asked to speak with the owner later another employee said the person that checked me in is the owner. I had a long drive to this hotel and to be kept waiting for a key frustrated me. This hotel is not only in a precarious location but I found it ungracious as well."
