"We had a great stay. The staff is fantastic and friendly. The room was very nice and comfortable. The breakfast was really good - plenty of options and a nice vegetarian breakfast burrito. The place itself is in a really good location in town with a great vantage point and view of the redrocks from the balcony and room. Room decor and style of the place really has that southwest and sedona look and feel. Would stay again and definitely recommend staying here."

"The room that I checked into had a leak when using the shower. The leak was so bad water was coming up from the floor when you stepped on it. I reported this to the front desk and they moved us to another room. The room we got moved to then had no tv remote. I then had to go back to the front desk and they suggested we use the remote from the room we got moved from. But then after turning on the tv in the room we got moved to it was not programmed.
