There was no lift so be prepared to carry your luggage up several flights of stairs. The evening check in associate was very pleasant. "A beautiful hotel in a very quiet and secluded area. Very friendly staff that offered us a free upgrade and great advice about what to do and where to hike. The restaurant is also wonderful with probably one of the beat wine lists I've seen. Bravo! You must have a car to get to this place however. If you want to be close to Chamonix (but not IN Chamonix) it's perfect!"

"Very unique experience. Located in a beautiful area outside of the noisy and crowded town. With an unbelievable and stunning view from the room and lobby.
