"Pleasantly surprised by hotel, beautiful modernized rooms with air conditioning.super clean and very comfortable beds! Had a great sleep! Staff was very welcoming, enjoyed a great seafood meal at restaurant, waiters were very attentive and provided meal suggestions. Hotel Also offers free breakfast buffet with a good variety of options, continental, eggs, fruits, pastries, etc….coffees,tea, juices. Great service with Hotel Shuttle which is included free of charge, to/from Airport, which is about 15 minutes from Malpensa Airport. Highly reccomend and will stay there again on my next trip! ❤️"

"The hotel location was fantastic and the facilities were very good- what unfortunately let things down was that there weren’t enough staff particularly for the bar/bistro. There were some great outdoor seating areas as well as the indoor bar area, but they were only ever served by 1 person. The restaurant was a bit better, although the food was excellent it was let down by not enough staff to serve the number of guests."

"Lovely charming hotel - spotlessly clean and great staff. Lovely bar, (The HemingwayBar) great views over the Lake and an easy walk from the town centre. Fun pool with high diving board. The breakfast was oddly limited - almost no hot food - and this could be better. Overall it was great and we would happily return."

"Good size room and bed, but breakfast was a bit dry, with no baked beans to compliment the scrambled eggs. Otherwise, fine if you like continental breakfast. Helpful staff who did a courtesy shuttle bus for us to local train station."
