"The internet is an absolute disaster. It didn’t work at all in my room and was on and off in the lobby. When I reported it to staff, they said there was nothing they could do. "

"Staff was warm and helpful. Breakfast was good. However, no airport shuttle. I emailed the address on their website, messaged them through Expedia and Whatsapp. No reply to anything. Kinda got ripped off paying $280 pesos plus tip for a taxi ride less than 2 miles. Noisy neighborhood."

"The location is excellent, staff is quite polite but there is no hot water, I know it is hot but sometimes people can not handle it. "

"Beach view was foggy and not clear because the windows were old and dirty Room smelled like pee We had one dull day without electricity and no hot water Needs renovation Pillows were horrible The chair in room was torn old and dirty The floor was dirty moldy and nasty , didn’t even feel safe to shower without flip flops Beds small even tho they advertise queen beds Very uncomfortable Rusty laugage stand / holder Needs renovation ASAP"
