Toutes les instructions et informations dont nous avons besoin lors de notre arrivée sont très bien expliquées et permettent d'arriver même tard dans la nuit, ce qui était appréciable. "A peaceful and charming stay that felt more like a true B&B than a hotel. The grounds were beautiful and serene, with birds and animal sounds each morning, and the setting felt authentic to the city. It was easy to find, with convenient parking and just a short walk to the village. The loft suite had everything we needed, and the staff was incredibly responsive via WhatsApp. The only downside was the layout—no shower (bathtub only) and the toilet located downstairs—which was a bit challenging...

Maisons du Monde Hôtel & Suites - Marseille Vieux Port

2/10 Terrible

"The accommodations were fair at best. No water in the room. Concrete flooring. No amenities. I guess we paid for location because the hotel was not great. Hot, noisy from the street activity and when we first got there our accommodation was not in the main hotel. In order to stay in the main hotel to avoid walking four blocks further with all our luggage, we had to upgrade to a "family" room which consisted of a double bed and a bunk bed. Not what we thought it would be."

"The hotel was in a good position for walking around the harbor area. It is also well serviced by public transport. It is very close to the restaurant and cafe areas so we skipped breakfast at the hotel. Across the road from the hotel is an outdoor Mercure cafe with a great coffee for 2€. The staff were good and helpful if we asked a question. The amenities in the room were very basic and paper cups were supplied instead of glasses. No coffee or tea facilities in our room. Clean room, good position for exploring and restaurants and cafes."
