Location OK, also quiet. Living room is spacious. But power is really a problem. Once the air con is on, you can hardly use any other appliances (W. M, toaster). The floor could also do a good cleaning.

Pros -location is ideal -clean and spacious -central AC Cons -seriously the worst mattresses ever -complicated checkin/out -dark internal stairway and outdoor alley We were very stressed out about the arrival fee (50euro) because of a plane delay, we arrived at 8:45pm - only to be instructed to use to key lockbox. Why would there be a fee if we could just use a lockbox? It was so simple. Luckily the fine wasn’t instituted. We settled fine until the next afternoon when a blonde woman attempted to enter our unit using keys! I met her at the door (thankfully we were there!) and got a simple “Oh, wrong unit! Haha! Sorry!”. WTH?! The checkout instructions mandate that the trash must be compltely removed from the unit. To the neighborhood pickup site few blocks away! Before 8:30 am! (Or wait for the garbage man to ring, at random, between 8:30-noon). With rubbish and recycling items on different days! It was far and away the most inconvenient checkout procedure we’ve experienced. Not to mention that they invoiced for city tax beyond what was posted in their own binder. Overall, despite the pros, we cannot recommend this stay.
