Previous reviews had me worried but this is a great hotel in an ideal location for travelling to Venice and further afield. Buses and trains within two minute walk and good breakfast. Staff were so helpful with checkin times very flexible and rooms are comfortable. I could find no fault in the hotel.

Junges und engagiertes Team in einem neu renovierten Hotel. Dreibettzimmer groß, hell und ruhig, obwohl das hotel an der Straße liegt. Parkplätze im Hinterhof (wir konnten unser Auto sogar nach dem Checkout dort stehen lassen bis zur Abreise am Nachmittag). Bus in die Stadt in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Optimale Unterkunft für einen Besuch in Venedig!

저렴했지만 정말 2일 묵은 숙소 아침밥 그저그럭 먹을 수 있고 백인 주인아저씨가 배려가 좋음. 근방에 쿠르즈 조선소가 있어서 공업단지 느낌이 있고 모기도 많고 주변이 시끄럽긴 한데 그냥 베이스 캠프라 생각하면 최적의 조건임 정말 저렴함 강조 하면 베네치아에서 이가격에 아침주는데 없음..... 정말 강추.... 룸에서 한식 먹지 마세요 제발 너무 냄새 나요. 2주 여행하면서 고향의 향기를 느껴본건 처음 주변에 바 있어서 술 한잔 하고 자기 좋아요

There is no el. kettle in the room and nobody is at the front desk after 8pm. So, if you need a tea or caffee after 8pm, you should find it out of the hotel. My room's floor was covered with simple cement that was so dirty in some parts. The breakfast is so simple. In general, nothing special.

Die Unterkunft liegt optimal in der Nähe von Bahnhof und Bussen, die direkt nach Venedig fahren. Auch liegt eine nette Pizzeria unweit vom Hotel in der gleichen Strasse.

The very clean room, with an internal bathroom, very well located and very close to Venice, just less than 10 minutes away, the bus that leaves you in Venice passes very close to the hotel. Very friendly and very helpful hosts. It is an ideal and very quiet place. They offer very complete breakfast. 100% recommended

This hotel was 5 minute walk to the busline. A 12 minute walk to the train station. Not far from Venice. I would stay there again. The staff was friendly and helped in any way they could.

相對於威尼斯的高房價，外圍城市的合理價格是比較可以接受的，酒店位置走路兩分鐘有公車可以進威尼斯，相對便利，附簡易早餐，主人親切，房間清㵖簡單，沒有過多的家具配件，需要買一些食品，飲料，酒水回房，若要求高品質的住客，理當選擇其他酒店，隔間相對輕薄，好像大家都住在一起的感覺，有電梯，行李搬運相對輕鬆，但從車站走路有點小距離，性價比高的類洒店民宿。

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt um schnell nach Venedig zu gelangen. Das Zimmer war groß und hat alles geboten für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Das einzige was gestört hat waren die Decken, da man jeden Schritt von der oberen Etage gehört hat, was beim schlafen sehr gestört hat.

We were very disappointed with the room we stayed

The daughter of owner is friendly & helpful, even before we got there, however with only with bus information into Venice. That is where the great part ended. This place is convenient for public transport otherwise we were allocated very terrible room. Whereas most hotels we stayed in had more information about area and the cities/towns we stayed in, this place had no information, especially about Venice. The room was on the 3rd floor, elevator only goes to 2nd floor, carried our bags up the stairs, more like a prison room, no windows, needed paint, beds were not comfortable. So we decided to spend our time out of the room, touring.

A due passi da Venezia

Piccolo albergo recentemente ristrutturato, pulizia impeccabile, arredamento un po' scarno ma abbastanza funzionale. Zona tranquilla, parcheggio interno, comodissimo per raggiungere Venezia!
