"Beautiful place. We arrived by car, and the parking is behind locked gates. The appartments are in a palazzo, our appartment was spacious and well equipped for a family of 4. Kitchen and bathroom new and well equipped. Perfect as base for a visit to Venice, local morning bus will take you directly, from just outside the gate. Garden and pool area is quiet, calm and with enough sunbeds and parasols. Very helpful and nice personnel in reception."

"My husband and I recently traveled to Venice and were lucky to find and stay in this gem. It was situated directly on a canal which was a beautiful. Location was excellent. Very close to several dining options and shopping. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable and had wonderful and convenient amenities such as a full kitchen, dining table, couch, refrigerator and washing machine - inclusive of laundry detergent. "Central location. Close to popular areas. Plenty of dining options and shops next to the property. The property was clean and has that Venice look and feel. Just like Venice, be prepared to climb stairs when you get the suite. Recommend travelling light otherwise, it’s hard carrying those suitcases up to the 2nd fall. Great little private balcony to enjoy the warm weather. Communication with property is great as well. Quick responses. "
